The range of International sauces have a truly authentic taste and feel. Some of them, like the Spicy Mexican Salsa, contain very little or no oil at all. Pizza Sauce & Pasta Sauce, can be used as the names suggest, as a base for a Pizza, and with Pastas of all kinds. Spicy Mexican Salsa is a ready to use fat-free dip but can also be used in all Mexican and Tex Mex cooking. In the Oriental varieties, we have the famous Spicy Szechwan. We make ours with 3 varieties of whole chillies, which we hand pick.

Our Sauces will remain fresh for a minimum period of one year. They contain a very small amount of preservative, to cope with fluctuations in temperature and transport.
