Mr. Vinit Kumar

Chairman cum Managing Director, as defined under section 2(24) of the Companies Act, 1956, since April 2007. Earlier he has acted as Director till 06.05.2006 and thereafter joined as CEO up to March 2007. He belongs to the promoter group of Indigo Group of companies which includes Venture Business Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (VBAPL) and Temptation Foods Limited. He has earlier worked with Reliance Industries Limited, Lummus Crest B.V., Netherlands, Maharashtra Apex Corporation Ltd., Manipal, Deki Electronics Ltd. and Rohem Instruments Private Ltd. He has 25 years of experience. His qualifications include B.E. in Electronics and Communication from Manipal Institute of Technology, Master of Business Administration from University of Notre Dame, USA and he has also attended a course in Corporate Strategy Analysis from Notre, London.

Dr (Ms.) Kala Pant

(Ms.) Kala Pant, is Bachelor of Science; having done her Post Graduate Doctoral Research in the field of Banking and Transport. Dr. (Ms.) Kala Pant has a rich and vast experience in the Banking Industry and is an ex-director and Consultant/Advisor to a number of Banks in India like IDBI, Dena Bank and Bank of India. She has carried out a number of special research projects in the field of Banking, Shipping, Port and Infrastructure and also published over 15 papers in domestic journals and presented papers at many seminars of Operation Research Society and Banking Institutions.

Ms. Elizabeth Harrington

Ms Elizabeth Harrington has done her A.B at Cornell University; Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She is a corporate director, senior corporate executive, entrepreneur, and management consultant in various global consumer products, retail, healthcare, and industrial product industries. She has a record of increasing growth, profit, and competitive advantage through innovative strategies and effective implementation. She has 24 years experience in China and other parts of Asia. She is a board member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and is an advisor on China strategy. She is a partner in Price Waterhouse Coopers, and is a CEO of Harrington Global. She was also a board member of American Advertising Federation, Better Business Bureau, Metropolitan Family Services of Chicago, Cornell University President's Council and Mayor of Chicago's Shanghai Sister Cities Commission. She has published several articles and has had several talks on China/Asia and Global business strategy.

Mr. E. David Ellington

Mr. E. David Ellington received his JD (Law) from Georgetown University Law Center, where he concentrated on international, corporate and tax law. He received his BA in History from Adelphi University and MA in Comparative Politics and Government [subfield: Africa] from Howard University. He is a former Trustee and Chair of the US$18 billion dollar San Francisco Employees' Retirement System (SFERS) Board (July 2002-January 2008). Mr. Ellington is currently Managing Director, Emory Capital Group, LLC, an international advisory firm. Mr. Ellington has extensive international experience in Tokyo, Singapore, Bangkok, London, Paris, the UAE and India. He has circumvented the globe (gone around the world) ten (10) times with the longest stint being 20 months. His skill set includes asset allocation, corporate governance, private equity, venture capital, media, entertainment law, internet strategy, government policy and philanthropy.

Dr. S. Kaushik

Dr. S. Kaushik was appointed on the board on January 29, 2010. He holds a masters as well as doctoral qualification in the areas of management. He heads an international trading and counter trading organization, with special emphasis on energy conservation, infrastructure, chemicals and fertilizers, and information technology. Dr. Kaushik has over 3 decades of international exposure in international trade . Having lived in Italy, Kuwait and South East Asia, he has won many international laurels for his outstanding contributions, both in India and overseas. He has authored many books, including a book on former prime minister of India and the first I.T. encyclopedic in a 10 volume set with CD on e-commerce. His latest book "The Marvels of Digital Networking" is under process. Dr. Kaushik holds membership to many esteemed academic / professional organisations.
