Mr. Nimish Thakore, Company Secretary. Has earlier worked with the RIL group companies and was a director of several cos. including Sterling Biotech. A bachelor of commerce from Mumbai University, Nimish is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Nimish is an avid reader of fiction & loves to teach, he is a lecturer in accountancy and financial management since the last 24years at a one of the premium colleges in Bombay.

Ms. Shubhangi Shinde, Head Acctg & Internal Controls After completing her F.C.A., D.B.F. B.Com, Shubhangi has worked for ten years with Pedder Johnson Finance, Mittal & Associates, G:Corp Realty.

Shyam Mahale, President –Corporate Planning. joined the company in 2008. He is with the company on Contractual Basis. He has earlier worked with Brescon Corporate Advisors, SICOM Ltd, Maharatra Petrochemicals Corp. Ltd, Dyn India Ltd, XLO India Ltd. He has 34 years of experience. He is a Bachelor of Commerce and MBA with specialization in Finance Management & HR.

Deendayal Khandelwal, National Purchase Head (Agri/Non Agri). Joined the company in 2006. He has a total working experience of over 35 years in diverse fields viz. Gold and Silver business, Retail Trading, Theatre, Photography, Futures & Options Trading & Speculation in Stock Market and Fruits and Vegetables Trading. He’s also been in the teaching profession for the past 30 yrs. He has done his diploma in Naturopathy and Ayurveda Ratna.

Milind Kanade, Business Head . Karen Anand, joined the company in 2007. He is with the company on a payroll basis. He had earlier worked with Tops Security Ltd, Borosil Glassworks, Crystal Cook and serve Products (P) Ltd, BPL Ltd and Wimco. He has 17 years of experience. He is has done his B.E (Electrical) from V.J.T.I. - Mumbai University and he has done his M.M.S (Marketing) from S.I.M.S.R, from Mumbai University.

Nimesh Shah, Head Corporate QA and Food Safety Manager. joined the company in 2009. He has done his Post graduation in Food Technology from UDCT Mumbai. He has also completed his Six Sigma – White Belt and Yellow Belt certification. Prior to this he has worked for companies like General Mills Ltd, Reliance Fresh Ltd, etc. He has total 12 yrs of experience in Quality Management Systems, Food Safety & Food Products Development.
