Mr. Raj Halve, President- Brands, joined the company in April 2007. He has 22 years of experience with organizations like BG Broadband India, Shaw Wallace, Reliance Web Store, Aptech Internet Ltd., British American Tobacco, Lintas Advertising and Titan Watches. Raj is a Bachelor of Commerce from Bombay University and he has done his MMS from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies with specialization in marketing. He ranked first in the University in his Bachelor's and Master's with multiple gold medals. When he is not hard at work driving the growth of companies, Raj is an avid photographer, vineyard owner and restaurateur; he is also the cofounder of a website dedicated to poets and poetry: pforpoetry.com.

Mr. Vipin Chandok, President - M&A and New Intiatives   His qualifications include F.C.A,  A.C. S , LLB (G), B. Com (Hons). Vipin has a total of 27 years of experience of which nearly a decade is as a C.F.O  with ORIX India and Empire Finance. Vipin also has extensive experience as a Corporate Consultant and a Practising Chartered Accountant. His hobbies include listening to Indian Music, Reading and Travelling.

Mr. Sreekumar Banerjee, CIO,  Sree has more than 20 years of leadership experience, in the space of application software and allied technology and engineering, in the organizations :  NIC, HCL, TCG, Siemens and IBM. Services in IBM. Student of Calcutta Presidency College, Sree has done his masters in physics followed by pre-doc research in functional programming and has also undertaken an executive MBA programme. An ardent researcher for translating front-end technologies and engineering practices into business benefits, Sree has several publications in the fields of business application of EAI and SOA, Migration and Business Architecture Modeling. Beyond work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends that he is blessed with, catching up with contemporary literature and music bands.

Mr. Nimish Thakore, Company Secretary. Has earlier worked with the RIL group companies and was a director of several cos. including Sterling Biotech. A bachelor of commerce from Mumbai University, Nimish is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Nimish is an avid reader of fiction & loves to teach, he is a lecturer in accountancy and financial management since the last 24years at a one of the premium colleges in Bombay.

Mr. Swapnil Shaha, VP Domestic Sales and Distribution.  His qualifications include DME and PGDMM. Swapnil has 16 years of experience with Jet Airways, Hindustan Lever Ltd, Bharati Telecom, Reliance Infocomm Ltd, Go Air. Whenever travel bird Swapnil finds time he likes to listen to Music and catch up on his reading.

Mr. Ravindra Awasthi. Operations Head. He oversees operations at our plants in the Northern part of India. Has had extensive experience with National Fertilisers Ltd, Zuari Agro, Grasim and GSFC.

Ms. Shubhangi Shinde, Head Acctg & Internal Controls  After completing her F.C.A., D.B.F. B.Com, Shubhangi has worked for ten years with Pedder Johnson Finance, Mittal & Associates, G:Corp Realty.

Mr. Yadu Sankalia, Operations Head. Oversees the operations at our plant at Jejuri near Pune. Yadu set up and oversaw the business for Karen's Gourmet Kitchen Pvt Ltd & was instrumental in turning around Contemporary Arts and Crafts Pvt. Ltd. prior to that. His hobbies include theater and voice overs.

Mr. Shyam Mahale, President Corporate Planning,  having over 30 years of wide spectrum experience across development banking, project development and implementation across several industries, treasury management, structured products, investment banking. S Shyam has earlier worked in both public and private sectors with organizations like SICOM, Dyn India, Maharashtra Petrochemicals, Brescon Corporate Advisors etc. He is a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA in Financial Management.

Mr. Amber Sukhi, GM, Takes care of the Export & Institution Market Development . He has 23 years of experience in Frozen Foods ranging from Venkys , Safal , Rich’s, Reliance Retail .  He is a Graduate in Chemistry and Hotel management and has done his Post Graduation in Marketing. He also actively works for the community and social causes.

Mr. Vinay Hastak, Head Quality Assurance and Food Safety, Has 19 years of experience in the food processing industry with reputed MNCs like HLL, Coca-Cola and General Mills.Vinay  is  a ‘multiple graduate’; B.Sc. From Mumbai University, B.Sc. Tech Food Technology from LIT Nagpur, LLB from Pune University. Vinay’s list of certifications include;  Lead auditor for ISO 9000, HACCP & Six Sigma Green belt.
