Temptation Foods has its heart in the right place. It has always been Temptation's desire to be a part of the nation's rural growth revolution.

In order to make its presence felt in India's dream of becoming a developed country on par with the best nations, Temptation Foods is striving to bring about meaningful changes to the lives of rural people in and around its various plants. Temptation's humble beginnings in the field of social responsibilities has been kickstarted with a workable penta-fold strategy:-

JYOT - SE- JYOT:- Temptation's dream project has been conceived with the sole purpose of elevating a small percentage of our unfortunate citizens from the bowels of poverty. Since the farmer is the mainstay of our country, TFL wants to empower him by providing him a wholesome package.

Agriculture in India is still largely carried out with outmoded tools and methods of farming. Providing the farmer the means to purchase the best seeds, making him aware of the state-of-the-art machinery, the know-how with the latest inputs and giving him excellent training are on the immediate agenda.

Once the farmers reap in the reward of excellent harvest, Temptation will again step in to help him with providing at his doorstep the very best marketing tools, so that his ace harvest reaches the right place at the right time, thereby fetching him a bountiful price.

This will not only elevate his standard of living, but also give him the necessary confidence to proceed with more such ambitious projects.

DISHA:- The Empowerment of Women is high on Temptation's radar. A dozen fully sanitized centres have been thrown open for ladies to earn money in their leisure time by managing certain stages in the processing of Temptation's products.

AALAP:-Women have also been given a thorough technical know-how on converting agricultural waste into Vermicompost (Organic Waste), which is useful for Soil Enrichment. Temptation not only educates them technically, but has also facilitated a bank subsidy for this project. The Jejuri Municipal Corporation has also been roped in to provide the premises for this project. Temptation delivers agricultural waste from their plant to the premise and arranges for the Vermicompost produce to be sold in the nearby markets.

The  AALAP project, at present, is benefitting 40 families who were below the poverty line. These are some of the baby steps that Temptation is taking. More such humane projects are in the pipeline.
